denunciato più volte in queste settimane, significa togliere ogni freno e dare
un chiaro segnale di via libera alla libertà di licenziamento da parte delle
aziende; ma è nell'analizzare gli effetti concreti che si vede tutta la sua
portata di attacco ai lavoratori. Le condizioni per cui può scattare il
licenziamento per “motivi economici” sono tante e tanto generiche da far stare
tutti gli operai e i lavoratori permanentemente sotto una “spada di Damocle”.</span></p>

sindacali, licenziamenti politici, dove “economico” sta solo nel senso di
difesa dei profitti aziendali liberandosi della presenza di “teste calde” che
“pretendono” di difendere gli interessi operai.</span></p>
