<DIV>"Minacciare licenziamento č reato". Cassazione: "No obbligo a
straordinari"<BR><BR>Commette un reato il datore di lavoro che minaccia il
licenziamento a un dipendente che non accetta "di svolgere l'attivitā lavorativa
fuori dal normale orario di servizio". Lo ha stabilito la Corte di Cassazione,
confermando la condanna di un caporeparto. In particolare, costringendo la
dipendente a tollerare il suo comportamento, il datore di lavoro risponde dei
reati di minacce e di violenza privata.<BR><BR>L'imputato aveva ripreso una
dipendente per non aver accettato di svolgere l'attivitā lavorativa fuori dal
normale orario di servizio, asserendo che "l'avrebbe messa a fare del lavoro
molto pesante o con macchinari difficili da utilizzare di modo che sarebbe stata
costretta a licenziarsi per non stressarsi" e prospettandole, con la minaccia di
licenziamento, un "ingiusto danno". <BR><BR>La Suprema Corte ha respinto il
ricorso dell'uomo e confermato la condanna del tribunale di Perugia a pagare una
multa di 51 euro e al risarcimento danni alla parte
