style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Dall’01al 03 luglio si sono svolte le elezioni per il
rinnovo della Rsu alla Bayer MaterialScience di Filago, su 154 lavoratori aventi
diritto al voto, sono risultati validi 110 voti che sono stati ripartiti, tra le
3 liste presenti alle elezioni, nel seguente modo: la UILCEM-UIL ha ottenuto 6
voti, <U>lo SLAI COBAS PER IL SINDACATO DI CLASSE 40 voti </U>e la FILCEM-CGIL
64 voti. </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=4 face=Arial><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><![if !supportEmptyParas]><![endif]> <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

numero totale dei delegati da eleggere per unità produttiva è di 4, ma grazie al
meccanismo antidemocratico del regolamento Rsu, che riserva 1/3 dei delegati
alle organizzazioni sindacali confederali, i lavoratori hanno potuto votare solo
3 delegati, per cui sono risultati eletti 2 delegati per la FILCEM-CGIL e 1
delegato per lo SLAI COBAS. </SPAN></FONT></P>

dalle organizzazioni sindacali che hanno sottoscritto l’accordo interconfederale
del 23 luglio 1993.</SPAN></FONT></P>
