meeting has decided that these Documents issue in English

publish, sign these documents without modifications - while all parties and
organisations that sign the documents can make comments, observations,
critics with other texts that will be make circulated in all mouvement mlm .
The parties that sign these documents may be part of Preparatory Commitee of
International Conference.
