Rosario, la distruzione della casa di una BAEZLN e la situazione di tensione
che si vive da circa 3 settimane a causa delle incursioni di persone armate
provenienti da Pojcol, municipio di Chilón, Chiapas, che nella notte hanno
esploso colpi d'arma da fuoco.</span></div>

firmati da un "rappresentante del gruppo Pojcol", nei quali si
avverte e si dà un termine alle BAEZLN: "[…] per ritirare la guardia
zapatista dal luogo (El Rosario), altrimenti prenderemo Nuevo Paraíso […] </span><span lang="ES" style='font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 12pt;'>"Evitate
altro spargimento di sangue […]”.</span></div>

Rosario e Nuevo Paraíso. Diritti sanciti dalla Costituzione messicana e dal
Trattato 169 dell'Organizzazione Internazionale del Lavoro (OIL), dalla
Dichiarazione delle Nazioni Unite sui Diritti dei Popoli Indigeni e dagli
Accordi di San Andrés.</span></div>

luglio 2014, 19 persone armate erano entrare nei terreni coltivati
collettivamente del MAREZ San Manuel, installando un cartello con scritto:
"territorio Pojcol" e minacciando le Comunità Autonome El Rosario ed
Egipto di cacciarli dalle loro terre; poi il 1° agosto alcune persone
provenienti dall'ejido Pojcol hanno sgomberato con la forza 32 persone della
comunità Egipto.</span></div>
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: normal;"><span style='font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; font-size: 12pt;'>Il 6 agosto
2014, 15 persone provenienti da Pojcol, sono entrate nelle terre delle BAEZLN
del MAREZ tagliando alberi e sparando in aria. Lo stesso giorno, hanno esploso
colpi d'arma da fuoco anche nelle comunità El Rosario e Kexil. Per questi
fatti, questo Centro dei Diritti Umani il 7 agosto 2014 emise un'Azione Urgente
ed un successivo aggiornamento il 15 agosto dello stesso anno.</span></div>
