1) non contiene piu' I2P (evabbe'...)

2) e' l'ultima che giri sia su macchine
   a 32 che 64 bit. La 3.0 girera' solo
   su macchine a  64 bit

This release fixes [many security issues](https://tails.boum.org/security/Nume
rous_security_holes_in_2.11/index.en.html) and users should upgrade as soon as
possible.

# Changes

## New features

  * We installed again _GNOME Sound Recorder_ to provide a very simple application for recording sound in addition to the more complex _Audacity_. Sound clips
recorded using _GNOME Sound Recorder_ are saved to the _Recordings_ folder.

## Upgrades and changes

  * We removed _[I2P_](https://tails.boum.org//geti2p.net/), an alternative anonymity network, because we unfortunately have failed to find a developer to
maintain _I2P_ in Tails. Maintaining software like _I2P_ well-integrated in Tails takes time and effort and our team is too busy with other priorities.

  * Upgrade _Linux_ to 4.9.13. This should improve the support for newer hardware (graphics, Wi-Fi, etc.).
