Palumbo ha accolto la richiesta di Audizione dei rappresentanti e consulenti della<I> Lega Nazionale Contro la Predazione di Organi e la Morte a Cuore Battente</I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: normal"> che aveva anticipato la condanna</SPAN> della Proposta di Legge C. 746 Grassi (PD) <I><B>“donazione del corpo post mortem a fini di studio e di ricerca scientifica”. </B></I><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal">Tale proposta</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: normal"> si basa sulla dichiarazione autoritaria di “morte cerebrale” per sviluppare su quei corpi vivi e forse pensanti, anche se non comunicativi,</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-STYLE: normal"><B> esercitazioni chirurgiche, chimiche e radiologiche.</B></SPAN></FONT></DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm; FONT-STYLE: normal"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Come affermavamo nel Comunicato del 1° Aprile 2011 “L'appetito vien mangiando”, prima hanno preteso gli organi per trapianto uccidendo, ora allungano le mani sull'intero essere umano per praticare sperimentazioni e torture, ben oltre i livelli nazisti.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Ci siamo presentati il <SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal">13 aprile alle ore 14:15</SPAN> con medici specialisti in chirurgia, anestesia/rianimazione e cardiochirurgia per stigmatizzare tale mira di legalizzazione della tortura e della vivisezione umana a favore delle lobby sanitarie, trapiantistiche e farmaceutiche.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Infatti tali esercitazioni verrebbero praticate su persone dichiarate per utilitarismo “morte” sulla base della Legge 578/93, che ridefinisce la morte in termini pseudo-neurologici con protocolli variabili di Stato, come indicato nell'art. 1 della proposta. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Purtroppo ha presieduto l'Audizione l'On. Gero Grassi (PD), relatore dell'infame proposta in oggetto e certo il meno indicato ad una gestione equilibrata, infatti ha dato tempi strettissimi ai quattro relatori interrompendo, incurante che venissimo da lontano a spese nostre, formalmente invitati. Erano presenti una quindicina di persone o poco più, tra cui l'On. Laura Molteni (LN), l'On. Ileana Argentin (PD), l'On. Paola Binetti (PD) ed altri.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Per garantirci che il nostro documento d'opposizione giungesse nelle mani di tutti i 45 membri della Commissione, lo abbiamo inoltrato a ciascuno via e-mail e già abbiamo ricevuto messaggi di interesse da alcuni Deputati non presenti, che confidiamo si adoperino in Commissione per bloccare l'orrore.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Quello che ci ha molto turbato è quell'Onorevole c</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman">he in Audizione ha affermato che anche la Chiesa è d'accordo, quindi chiediamo espressamente ai cattolici se è vero che la Chiesa ufficiale è collusa anche con questo orrore, dopo aver camuffato l'omicidio per espianto-trapianto come atto di generosità.</FONT></DIV>
