Ok, hai ragione.
strategicamente però la cosa non funziona, il testo è carino, ma troppo 
lungo.

Direi che si dovrebbe offrire qualcosa di più breve, con poi la possibilità 
di approfondire.
Comunque, al testo che hai gentilmente tradotto aggiungerei questo titolo e 
queste due brevi note iniziali, poi direi che va bene.

  Flash Art è una delle maggiori riviste italiane d'arte contemporanea; è 
diretta da Giancarlo Politi.

  Luca Lo Coco nasce nel 1985. Dal 2005 si dedica a una ricerca artistica in 
grado di riflettere sull'impatto sociale delle nuove tecnologie.

(il titolo non so, se avete altri suggerimenti... la parola "artista" direi 
che va messa -così come la pesante parola "opera"- per dare enfasi 
all'accaduto, non per autocelebrazione!")

Recentemente si è verificato un grave fatto che mette in pericolo la libertà 
d'espressione nel campo dell'arte contemporanea in Italia. Giancarlo Politi, 
direttore di Flash Art -una delle maggiori riviste italiane d'arte 
contemporanea- ha fatto sì che venissero pignorati tutti i mobili della casa 
dove vive il ventiseienne artista palermitano Luca Lo Coco.

Tutto è iniziato nel 2006, quando Lo Coco ha creato l'opera Net.art 
www.ashartonline.com, sito web clone di www.flashartonline.com.

L'artista, tramite il proprio lavoro artistico on-line, impostava una severa 
critica al sistema dell'arte contemporanea in Italia.

Dopo una causa giudiziaria durata quattro anni, nel 2010, Luca Lo Coco viene 
condannato al pagamento delle spese legali. Lo stesso, non essendo 
economicamente in grado di soddisfare il pagamento, subisce in data 
19.05.2011 il pignoramento di tutti i beni presenti nell'appartamento dove 
vive.

L'opera Net.art www.ashartonline.com è posta sequestro, su ordinazione del 
tribunale di Palermo. La multa prevista in caso di mancata osservazione 
dell'oscuramento è pari a 1.500,00 euro al giorno.
