al di là dei vari video che promettono di mandarci :) trovo interessante
la loro proposta di 'artware deathmatch' una jam session collaborativa
basata su piattaforme web come google spreadsheet...

well we'd like to set up the 'artware deathmatch' more as a
collaboration/space/drum-circle than a 'performance' as such.  so we'd
like to manage it by figuring out the right online office software to
use (google spreadsheet or something else) and then leaving it open
with a publicly available username/password for hackers at aha-camping
and elsewhere to interact with.  the presence at aha-camping could be
a public computer set up viewing the document/webpage/etc.  or you
could run a computer all weekend taking screenshots at an interval of
15 minutes or so and then play the time-lapse video later.  we could
record it here in chicago also, and upload it for you on sunday.

here's a brief abstract:

'artware deathmatch' is an open collaborative software art jam-session
/ executable dj battle.  the first artware deathmatch went down at the
third chicago hackmeeting in early 2007[0].  for aha-camping, the
artware deathmatch will be centered around an online office
productivity/collaboration application such as google spreadsheet[1]
or zoho[2].

jon is just rendering out a new 0UR080R05 video made for aha-camping,
so we will upload it tomorrow or wednesday and send you a link to
download.

also we'd like to send you some chicago dirty new media videos by
other chicago artists, so we'll include those links in the next email
with details.
